1. Appointments & Consultations

  • All appointments must be secured with a valid credit card or a non-refundable deposit.
  • Clients are required to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to complete necessary forms.
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or rescheduling, at the clinic’s discretion.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.
  • No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
  • Pre-paid treatments missed without appropriate notice will be forfeited.

3. Refunds & Prepaid Packages

  • All pre-paid treatments and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Refunds will not be provided for change of mind or if the client is deemed unsuitable for treatment upon consultation.
  • In the event of a medical contraindication, a credit may be applied to the client’s account, valid for 12 months.

4. Gift Cards & Vouchers

  • Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
  • Gift cards must be presented at the time of redemption and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

5. Treatment Suitability

  • All treatments are subject to a consultation and assessment by our qualified practitioners.
  • The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsuitable for the client’s health or well-being.

6. Medical Aesthetic Services

  • Clients must disclose all medical history, medications, and allergies prior to treatment.
  • Results may vary between individuals; no guarantees are provided regarding treatment outcomes.
  • Clients are advised to follow pre- and post-treatment care instructions to achieve optimal results.

7. Liability

  • The clinic is not liable for any adverse reactions or complications resulting from treatments, provided all protocols were followed.
  • Clients agree to indemnify the clinic against any claims arising from their failure to disclose relevant medical information.

8. Privacy Policy

  • All client information is confidential and will be handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
  • Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.

9. Promotions & Discounts

  • Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions and are valid for a limited time.
  • Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • The clinic reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
  • Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
